Absolutely not.  You never pay a fee with FranklyLegal and, indeed, should never pay a fee to a reputable staffing or placement firm.  Applicants register for free and all placements are made free of charge to you.

Getting paid is easy with FranklyLegal--and it should be!  Employees are paid every week--by live check, through Direct Deposit, or by FrankCard Funding. 

When on an assignment, simply complete our timesheet--online or on paper. Then have your supervisor either approve your hours on the web or sign your printed/prepared timesheet.  FranklyLegal takes care of all the rest.

We calculate, withhold and pay all the local, state and federal taxes for you.  We also provide end of the year tax forms like printed W-2s.
